Drug Treatment Court Program

This project provides women-specific case management services for adult women with substance use disorders enrolled in the Dane County Drug Treatment Court administered by the Dane County Human Services Department. The program duration is one year or more.

Women Served

ARC's Drug Treatment Court program serves women 18 and older referred by the court. Eligibility requirements include Dane County residency, and having pleaded guilty to a drug-driven offense.

Cost

Case management services are free to women enrolled in the program. Services are funded by a grant from Dane County Department of Human Services.

Background

The current ARC Drug Treatment Court Program started in 2014. However, ARC began providing comprehensive, women's-specific case management services for women enrolled in a prior Dane County Treatment Court program in 1997.
